FERPA

Student educational information is confidential and shall not be shared with outside organizations without the written consent of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

School faculty and staff may access student information for educational purposes. Catholic schools within the Diocese of Grand Rapids may from time to time share student information for educational purposes within the schools of the diocese.

For the purposes of this policy, Catholic schools within the diocese will be considered one organization.  No academic information will be provided for any student to a family member not written on the Authorized Release Form.
